Verbal gave us spiffy new voting tags that most mods have us use to vote in games, it automatically adds the word "vote:" and bolds it and colors it red.

I recently finished the currently available 3 books in the Lightbringer series by Brent Weeks. (The Black Prism, The Blinding Knife, and The Broken Eye)

Loved them. I'm slightly depressed that the final volume isn't scheduled to be out until next year.

Hello! I am new. I looked at the "If you are a newb please look here" post and can't seem to find the Avvi gallery... Could someone point me in the right direction?

I think that post is out of date - it might have been in reference to an earlier version of the boards when we did have a gallery.  You're welcome to upload a picture or request someone to make an avatar for you in the Siggy Request forums, though.

One more nibble and the hand goes away.  Your teeth are not as fun as you think they are. #thingsmycatsmakemesay

As predicted by Dustbringer, I loved it. Stayed up super late two nights in a row finishing "The Wise Man's Fear" and then spent a couple of days going through the Tor.com Patrick Rothfuss reread.

Finished the second Dresden Files book last night, and finally got to start "The Name of the Wind" by Patrick Rothfuss.

Jim Butcher and Pat Rothfuss are going to be at Phoenix Comicon, and I wanted to be prepared in case I have the chance to meet either of them

Oh yes. I was one of the German mafia. As I recall Len played a big part in my lynch. I was trying to push for his lynch instead but he managed to slip away... and then convinced everyone he was a harmless survivor.
