  1. You have to remember that this is the last stand. After Tarmon Gaidon, no matter who wins, there will be no more. So that means if Rand wins, there will be no more fighting the Dark One, so no more 'The Dragon', and vise versa, the Dark One wins, no more dragon to fight him.
  2. So, I saw a similiar post here about collaring Tuon. I was wondering who thinks the Seanchan wouldn't allow Tuon to stay collared. I personally think, after seeing how they react to women who can channel, they would keep her in the collar and pretty much write her off as never existing as one of the Blood.
  3. I've read the series, and though I liked it, I would have to say that there is no competition to the WoT series, in anyway. I read the series before the movie came out, as well as the Host, and though it was good, it seems like everyone believes that vampires should now sparkle and be guys and girls from fashion magazines. I do have to agree with the first person who responded to this. I think I'd want to punch the person who said that.
  4. This is my first post on here, and I'm going to try not to put any spoilers in case anyone hasn't read throughout the entire series. I'm still waiting for my copy of The Gathering Storm, but have read through the entire series, started back in 2003. I've reread some books, as well as reread some sections of books that I've enjoyed. Anyway, did anyone catch the part, early on in the series(Not sure which book off hand, though I think it might be The Dragon Reborn or Shadow Rising, possibly Lord of Chaos), where Nynaeve said that reconnecting a person to the source after being gentled would be like reattaching a person's hand after losing it? Now, not to spoil for anyone, but does this ring any bells for possibilities for the upcoming books?
