Are the guidelines for returning current on the Aiel website as pinned above?

 

What's the situation with Dragonmount and the Aiel at the moment; which are the most active groups?

Hi txarki. I'm not an Aiel, but as far as I know, the group has not been very active of late. As to which groups are still active... The WT still has a few Aes Sedai, accepted and Novices, the band also, and the children. The others might still have characters but I haven't seen them for the better part of a few months.

The aiel are indeed active! Ish.. our numbers may be low and the wetlanders may confuse cover with non existence, but we are here.

 

Currently the only 'active' aiel are mystica (rgl ), me (agl), and lor. Im sure we'd all be more than happy to come out of the sweat tents to play with you!

sorry for the long wait till I responded, I keep being swallowed up by RL.

 

Welcome back! It's always good to see Aiel return :) The RP has been in slumber mode for quite some time now so I'm unsure what the overall policy on returning characters is, but I'm willing to be somewhat flexible given the low activity grade.

Do you still have access to your character's history? If you can submit a revised bio which might feature his RP history that you have done I can take that in to account to determine at which point he can re-enter the RP here.

You can go about this several ways. Either you write an extensive bio that incorporates his training and rise through the ranks (this will need to be lengthier the higher in rank you want him to be) or you write his bio up to a point and then you can solo-RP the rest of his history, in a reflection RP. Again, the rule is that it needs to be justified that he claims whatever rank or position you want him to have.

 

If he was a Society Leader, then you can get a deal if you are willing to help out with creating the initiation test to that society if we don't have one yet.

So basically I must write out the story, and either post it as a bio or in parts as a reflection RP? Which would you prefer? RP might bring some observers :)

 

I don't have access to anything I did before as it was all before the change and also years ago, but I can remake it. I was the Sovin Nai Society Leader and created a initiation ceremony for the Sovin Nai which I administered to other characters (Argono and Krachend among them) I think. But you don't have the Sovin Nai here? Where do you want Txarki in the rankings? What are the RP people i.e. Clan Chief? And Eqwina is the Aiel GL?

Could I get an answer to this so I may begin to RP? Just want to confirm if I should email anything first or just post it, I have no access to the Threefold land board.

I'm really sorry Txarki, the RP side has indeed been extremely inactive and my real life has been hectic so I'm afraid I haven't done much better myself.

 

 

In your absence, Quibby has created a new initiation test for the Sovin Nai Society as we didn't have any records of previous ones so we had to start over. But it has never been used or posted because there were no Aiel active from that Society yet.

 

Your character can definately be Sovin Nai if you wish him to be. You need to re-submit his bio. As for the rank, I'm willing to let you take up the leadership of this society again if you are willing to write up a lengthy solo RP reflecting on your character's rise through the ranks and in to leadership. Your bio would then go up to and including his joining of the Sovin Nai (leaving the details of the initiation out for now) and then the solo RP would reflect on your joining, initiation and training through the ranks. As well as any character development your character went through till he reached the status of Society Leader.

 

Let me know when you have submitted your bio, then I can go check it out and have it Cross Checked.

Leave your WS to me. I'll fill it in with what is appropriate for the bio and then we can update you as you finish your solo RP.
