I shot moi debut goal :)))))))))

 

We lost, but I cant really be sad cos it was our only goal, right after I was sent in, such a perfect moment and i gotted tacklehugged by the whole team XD i reaaallyreallyreally needed this :D

When I shot my debut goal, we wonned for 2-1. I'm not a good shooter, but I got such a dream pass I couldn't miss. Was even brilliant, hit the ball in the air and all that. :)

I think it was my left foot even!!! Can't remember too clearly XD I was standing back to goal, received the ball from the striker on the right (my left), swerved to my right, and then one of their defenders was coming from my left so I kind of frantically whacked it towards goal..... then just stood there, because it headed for the pole, but it hit the inside and went diago into the net! XD

And then I screeched.

Another great thing was that we played sooooo beautifully today. Both the other teams' goals were soooo lucky - and we were playing with a defender as goalie, ours is injured and the reserve wasn't there. She did really well though. I was on the bench for a while, and it was sooooo much fun watching, I think we're really getting better as a team. Morale is getting better as well, we weren't even too down about the loss. Now we need to work on rewarding ourselves - we have soooooo many chances, more than the other teams, but we rarely make anything out of them!! Our coach despairs.

On a slightly but really completely unrelated note, our real goalie posted on fb that our town will the the first Bavarian town to have a Dunkin' Donuts shop open.

I did it once, by accident. My class had a team for a tournament when I was 10 or 11. Every team needed to have at least two girls/boys and we only had one girl in our class that wanted to play. She was my friend so I said I could play as well. I got the ball in the middle of the game and tried to pass it to one of my team mates but happened to kick it into the wrong direction and it ended up in the goal. Everyone was surprised that I had done it but I think that I was the one who was most surprised. lol
