Recap?

As Memory of Light is ordered and hopefully on its way to me right this moment I'm wondering if there is a good compiled recap of where everyone and all all factions are standing. Sadly I haven't had any time to reread in preparation and I fear I've forgotten more than I'd like. I remember there being a summary of the current business of the world for The Gathering Storm in the form of a PDF and wonders if that's the case for the last book.
