This place has two things on the menu really. 20 different types of grilled cheese sandwiches and a dozen different types of craft beer. It is a tiny hole in the wall, doesn't even really have a sign that is visible from the street, so when you want to go there look for the Psychic shop and park in that parking lot because the Space Bar is in the same building. Once there, there is an immediate hipster-but-not-too-cool-hipster vibe. Very laid back. There are no "servers" so if you sit at a table you need to get up to order your food. But, it is well worth it. The sandwiches are great. Tons of different types of cheeses, thick-homemade-style bread, all sorts of stuff to get on your sandwich from apples to meatloaf. And all of it delicious. They take their time making the sandwiches but aren't slow about it.

 

As for the craft beer it is a rotating selection, so sometimes there will be stuff you really like and other times less so. Generally a good selection so you have to be pretty picky not to find something good.

 

As for sides, you have two options: Delicious tater tots or a nice salad. The tater tots are pretty awesome so I normally opt for those unless I am especially trying to be healthy that day. But, either way you're getting the sandwich so you should leave pretty happy.
