It might be that it's wrong because I don't see all the sub-boards, but I am quite sure that the Black Tower is the largest board of DM, except General Discussion and General Wheel of Time Discussion.

 

And YAY for that. We're the biggest Social Group for sure by now.

Depending how you count. I know that the-other-tower-that-is-not-to-be-named have more members. But we have been growing each month for at least 8 months. Yay!

It is closer than that TMD, but we have passed the pale tower convincingly.

 

The general discussion board which includes mafia board and Fiddlesticks is a ways ahead but we have been closing the distance on them as well. Plus the 100k200k thread is now over 150k. I happen to have snagged the 150000^th post.

Also, as far as I can see, the Black Tower is at three quarters of the General Discussion Board in both topics and replies, and in topics over 50% towards General Wheel of Time Discussion, and in replies about 50% ahead.
