Monthly Report Information




The reports you are expected to do each month have all of the same information I must report to the Admins each month, scaled down to only the members in your particular groups. In my report I must keep record of all RPs members have posted in each month, any position changes or raising and status of each member and character each month and any new ideas we have for the White Tower as a whole.

This can become a lofty job when one person has to search for every member individually. The information you report each month truly does all get processed and used each month, and it is an enormous help to have the information you gather in one place to streamline together. Even if there were no RPs to report, member status that month, even if it too stays the same, is important information to pass along, even that if that means copy and pasting the report from the previous month over with no changes, it is a huge help, and it is one of the expectations of your position.

 

Report Format and Details


The AGL will start a new post in this board for you to post your report with the information from the previous month. The format for the report will be posted in this new thread each month.

You will have until the 6th of the new month to reply to that thread with your completed report. The following is the basic format and information needed.

There are three sections to it.

Section 1: Member Numbers

We are looking at Total Members and Total Characters in your group. Status of Members & Characters: active IC/OOC (posted in the last 3 months), Inactive IC/OOC (Haven't posted in 3-9months), MiA IC/OOC (haven't posted in 1 year).

Section 2: RPs done with Characters in your group.

Please provide links to each RP and character names and dm handles of all the members of your group who posted in each RP during the month of that report.

Section 3: Problems, ideas, ect.

This is where you can update us on all things happening in your group. Were new members added? Did someone get raised to a new level/position? Is someone going on LoA? Does someone have a great new RP idea brewing that you wish to share with us? Anything and everything you want answers for or want to tell us about that happened in the previous month in your group can go here!

The exact formating is quoted here, and will be in the first post of every report thread.


1) Total: [amount] Members, [amount] characters (that would be Active + Inactive]

New: [amount] Members, [amount] characters (also add them to Active, or Inactive if they've not yet RPed as full AS)
full handle - full character name

Active: [amount] Members, [amount] characters
full handle - full character name (last time RPed as that character, ie Oct 2010)

Inactive (not RPed in past 3 months): [amount] Members, [amount] characters
full handle - full character name (last time RPed as that character)

MiA (not RPed in past 12 months - bio needs reapproval): [amount] Members, [amount] characters
full handle - full character name (last time RPed as that character)

2) RP's done by Ajah characters during [insert month]
