Ever play this one? I swear I looked but I did not find a thread. So I hope this isn't a repeat.

Why is the word "caramel" so often mispronounced? It's not "carmel" people.

Because parkways used to have a lot of parking and you have to drive up a ways to get to your parking area at home.

I appreciate everything I care about because I always imagine what it would be like if I lost it, so that does not apply to me.

they are sturdy and go with anything and... they are the uniform of the last 60 years or so.

 

why do you think I can do the physical labor necessary to support myself until I die, including paying out of pocket for medical care when my health insurance stops if I lose my *shudder* civilized job? I lived the other way till I was 35, but couldn't keep it up.
