Sage is MUCH better anyway, most of the Dreadies and SS are chicken.

ahhhhh... smoked slowly over sage and rosemary.... and hardwood coals... over a little pot of beer..... dome on the grill nearly shut.... one tendril of smoke escaping, should keep him around 250... I'd say 24 hours to get a good smoke ring....

I was wondering what I was gonna do with all the sage and rosemary this year.... and well serve with hot pepper jelly cause.... way too damn many hot peppers, and he'll be beyond pain by then, so it's not cruel.
