Oh, I've seen about three documentaries on this. So, I'd probably be a pretty bad subject for this experiment. But, I think that if I was. I would stop after the guy started complaining about his heart.

you expect too much of the humans if that surprises you. I get in trouble at work bc of my unwillingness to torment other humans on the sayso of authoritah figures. it always seems to surprise them. sheep.

Yeah, this experiment doesn't surprise me either. It makes me sadface, but it doesn't surprise me. :/ ...Which also makes me sadface.

Yeah I was shocked when I heard this, and couldn't believe how weak-minded some people can be.

But I want to pose another question, how do you think the results would have played out if the people had a very strong religious background, or even people from different races like the arabs or chinese?

Personally, I would want to think that people from other races or coming from a strong religious background(such as muslim, jewish, or even budhists) would stop very quickly after the first few questions. But they only conducted(as far as I know) the experiment on white caucasians which is a very narrow range of humanity. So it would be scientifically wrong for anyone to extrapolate to the whole diversity of humanity.

I have had no faith in humanity since I was first able to think coherantly, so this is nothing new .

lab rats would not have just followed orders. at least not without a couple training sessions. and some food pellets.

humans just want orders to follow.

they think if they're following orders, they're on the record, off the hook.

faugh.

i foreswear allegiance to this species.
