After a long day of being tourists my sister and I wanted to go to a "relaxed" place with fresh sea food. We had no prior knowledge of this restraunt and were aimlessly walking down the road when we saw a sign outside "fresh seafood" and went it. The prices were a bit more than I was prepared for, but not by much. The service was wonderful, as was the atmosphere. We asked to sit outside, but it was a bit cold so they offered us blankets and then got some outdoor lanterns to keep us warm. The food, I had the trout and my sister had the salmon, was amazing. The portions and presentation were perfect. The only thing I didn't like was the desert, but I really don't like Creme Bruele anyway.

Overall rating: 5/5

Atmosphere: 5/5

Menu examples:

We had mussles for an appitizer, and I had a trout/rice dish, and my sister had grilled salmon. The fish for both were fresh caught, and tasted it. They had a great selection of Canadian wine, we had a local Chardonay for about $40.

Pricing: $$

NOTE:

I lifted this review directly from the one I posted on google.

Sounds pretty good... I don't get the chance to eat at a place with "fresh" seafood. I live in upper alabama/mississippi so occasionally I'll get some fresh caught local fish but not super often... I have to say I've never had trout either and I've only had salmon on occasion and it was ok... I'm also not a wine person... well really I don't drink alcohol period. But it does sound pretty good.

What are you doing in Canada??? Are you on vacation or do you live there?

I've done 3 in the past 4 years, that one was preceded by a Massachusetts->Oregon trip (through Yellowstone) then another Massachusetts->Oregon->And Back (through Badlands, Yosemite, Grand Canyon, Arches)...

This is why I joined the "Band" the tag line of "do you like to explore the world" really applies to me...

I haven't traveled all that much... I mostly have been up the eastern coast as far as Washington D.C. and down as far as Orlando, Florida. I've only been West as far as New Orleans... But as far as around the south east I've gotten around a good bit. But I really have little need to go outside of the U.S. I'm too much of a homebody lol

You're really not missing all that much.. lol There's really not a lot of stuff here.. Although I wouldn't live any place else. Big towns make me feel like I'm gonna hyperventilate lol
