creepy real life computer ghost story or silly coincidence?

so this woman I used to work with just died. let's say her name is... Jane doe. not really, it's a less common name but not an uncommon one.

 

she rang me before she died, the week or so before, or someone from her house did.. I didn't answer... yeah, I know, thoroughly hating myself for that. it was. difficult thing to talk to her and I had no idea she was..

 

anyway, she died.

 

the night she died I had vertigo all night, really strange, no alcohol, just vertigo. and the next morning I heard the news.

 

so... I figure, because I'm weird and superstitious, she's mad and inclined to haunt... and things haven't been so great since she... anyway...

 

I play this dumb game on the iPad, sims free play. the game names characters randomly. not that many characters, I only have five named ones so far in this game.

 

today I notice the last one has her name... jane doe...

 

and I freak out.

 

I really think her ghost is angry and poking me where I'll feel it...

 

I removed her from the town, but I'm kind of scared what's going to happen next.

Coincidences are named such for a reason. They do happen. On the other hand, a string of apparent coincidences may not be coincidence at all.

It could very well be coincidence, especially depending on how common her name is with the Sim naming.

 

But I understand why you're freaked. ^^

 

I think it will pass. Even if it was a ghosty thing, you don't know that she's mad at you. She could have been trying to say goodbye. In which case it will pass.

 

I had an aunt that did that. Both me and her two daighters actually saw her a day after she died walk through the house and disappear right in front of me. TOTALLY freaked me out. It didn't matter that she smiled at us...it was just scary at the time. I was about 19 and her daughters were 5 and 9.Though now I believe it wasn't meant to be.

i think she would be mad at me... ive never seen the name before in many years of simming... and the timing was very...

 

and things have really gone badly since she died...

 

i grew up in a house that seemed haunted, but aisde from mostly not being able to sleep at night, or with the lights off... didn't bother me that much. this does...

 

you'd think thered be better things to do when you're dead but maybe its fun to mess with the living... i hope i find better things to do when i go.

i have promised my coworkers that i will haunt them forever if they fail to get me out of the building when i code... i don;t want to die in there...

 

my grandma appeared to almost everyone else we knew to sya goodbye the night she died but not to me.
