Yes.

 

As for who, who knows? I don't think that their souls are forever doomed to be Forsaken every time the age repeats itself.

 

Also, the 13 sealed away will not necessarily repeat itself in the same manner. It is a possibility, but it is not inevitable.

You mean that if by some chance that Rand in his awesomeness does not break the wheel and make time linear leaving men to their own destinies because he himself knows what it feels like to be forced into a none-too comfortable series of events and suffers horrible mental anguish over it? The names and faces will be different but there will definitely be a kindred spirit similar to the current and past Forsaken (those killed in the War with the Shadow pre-sealing).

I don't think he will do that. Because there are hints that the AOL or an age before that was the world we live in right now. So why would Jordan construct a world where it is a cycle that includes the real world in a way then at some point in the future make it linear.

 

Also, no forsaken in next age. At least not for a very long time. Like thousands of years or more. Kind of like the AOL.

but since we dont know the other ages there may be equivalent to the forsaken. the only time we can be sure there is something like that is the next 2nd/3rd ages
