I've been in the game all the time Turin. I'm going to be perfectly honest. These 30 pages have been nothing more to me than fricken spam. The whole "fake claim voltorb" was such a obvious joke claim... Just adding to the spam.

 

Finally you posted something that I could actually respond to.

 

If you are confirmed town, I'd choose Taltos because you two seem to be rumbling at eachother mostly.

 

But if I ignore the whole Taltos vs Turin argument altogether, I'd say that Nya is more scummy.

Why would I want to ignore you're battle? Because I'm starting to think that both of you are town. Your respons to my accusations are rather satisfying.

well, this makes things difficult. Game two for you and you were scum in the last one (acting very differently BTW I might add) so I am likely to believe you, however claiming a role like this sets scum on your trail and doesn't gain the town anything because none of us trust anyone by nature... We will see how this goes.

Agree with you about Nya´s post. Hard to see what she is really saying.

 

I meant that I still believe Taltos is mafia. I think that Nya is trying to deflect pressure off of him by trying to get me to defend myself. But I don't really need to cause I know I am town. And even if I must be lynched to prove it it is okay cause that will help town find the mafia.

 

The attack if you can call it that could be merely trying to cast doubt on what I say. Which is why I now say that if dying is what it takes to let the rest of the town know I am being honest in my case then so be it.

Dude, Based on what I've read so far, and following the "Mafia 101", you're the clear choice at the moment.

 

And based on what you write, if you flip town it'll help us. But I don't see how you flipping town will help us at all.

The reasons are not for joke voting myself, but for voting you (yes, I realise it reads differently, but that's what I meant). The second is you marked me as being a merciless spammer who's only interested in joking. Which may be true in general, but it doesn't single me out in this game. I'm not even spamming! All it does is getting me lynched. I learned that lesson the hard way.

I concur. Say 'I think you are Mafia because you did this specific thing that makes me not trust you'. Do not say 'I think you are Mafia because you are so scummy'. This generally means you have no real reasons and either have no valid arguments or are just trying to deflect.

For example.

 

I think Arez is Mafia, because he constantly tries to make me laugh and often succeeds. As far as I'm concerned he knows exactly what he is doing and uses this as a tool to make me less suspicious of him. This constant distraction makes me think he may be mafia, but at the moment I am content to leave my Vote on Nya, because of her 'You'd better not or you will regret it' posts when she was at 4 or 5 votes.

 

As I explained previously, threats are not my cup of tea and she was also fluttering around all whimsical which always gets my hackles up. I just find it hard to trust anyone who actively tries to appear harmless.

 

 

Notice the lack of the word 'scum' or 'scummy' throughout the whole of my reasoning, and yet other players are left in no doubt as to how I made my decisions.
