Did Anyone Notice?

Recommended Posts

Did anyone else ever notice that the WoT Wiki has awesome fan art of Ogier? I'm posting it here so you guys can see... do they look the way you pictured them? How are the similar/different? Do any of you know where I can find more Ogier Fan Art? Or have any that can be posted here?

I liked this one of Loial so much that I wrote to the artist and asked if I could use it as my avatar:

I like the first ones more just cos they are more humanoid and seem nicer. But I recon the pic by Jaim looks more realistic probably

Yeah... I don't know... I'd always thought of him as very human in appearance until I read the part where they went to the Stedding...

What wonderful art! I'd only seen a couple of those before (the first one, and the one Jaim posted), so to see the others is a nice surprise. They look similar to how I'd imagine them, although for some reason I see them with darker hair. I do like the more human-looking ones, too.

I haven't seen any more fan art (other than Loial's picture on the Encyclopedia WoT), but I'd love to see more, too. Especially a Seanchan Ogier.

Yeah, I was happy when I saw them cause they are brushed over a lot when people are making fan art, probably because they are a bit harder to draw... I found some more ogier pictures too :D

Frog, the first four that you posted are from the Wheel of Time d20 rpg. you can find it on Amazon for no more than $20 and shipping. The entire book is filled with great illustrations and its a solid system to boot. The only published supplement isn't half bad either but is skimpy on pics. I don't have the book in front of me so I don't know the artist's name but I'm sure the wiki has it.

I know this thread was made a while ago, but I would just like to point out that the 4 pictures posted in the OP are NOT fan art.  They are from the official Wheel of Time d20 RPG.  That is how Jordan himself saw Ogier.

    • "The Trump real estate company was a best a small - and not very good - player in luxary real estate holding. They were really only good at building in places where the ... maturiaty ... of the local economy was ... loose ... enough that they could get away with their quasi-legal sales, marketing, and construction strategies."   His business empire (and that is what it is) although centered on real estate holdings is much more accurately described as a marketing and franchising of the Trump brand name.    As for the his real estate holdings, except for certain allegations concerning discriminatory pracitces which most large real estate developers of his kind have had to deal with his practices and construction strategies along with his sales and marketing strategies have been overall quite successful and no more legally questionable then any other large developer of premium luxury properties.    His only true failures have been in the Atlantic City Gambling Casinos which he has owned. But then again he is not alone in suffering severe losses in that market as most of the Casinos in Atlantic City have proven to be unproftiable over the long run and their are quite a few of even of the largest players that have suffered bankruptcies in that market.
