As far as things that Must be resolved, i will kick a baby if we don't get some info on Avi's gateway. Perhaps Androl will help her?

I'm drawing a blank on this... what don't we know about Avienda's gateway? She 'unwove' one when they left Ebou Dar; are you referring to the unweaving?

 

Regarding the OP, I think I could be OK with no resolution on whether Mat ever catches another badger. Pretty much everything else I want to read about in aMoL.

 

From among the side plots, I really will be highly disappointed if I don't get to read the scene where Mat tells a Malkieri (preferably to Lan himself) that Jain Farstrider died cleanly.
