Where did the Dark One get his armies in the Age of Legends?

The War of the Shadow lasted only 10 years. Thats not enough time to breed a lot of Trollocs. Not only that, Fades born during that time would not have neough time to grow up and mature.

So where did the Dark One get his armies from, which conquered the much of the world during the war?

Given that we know very little about the breeding or maturity time of Trollocs, it's not exactly fair to say anything with regards to where his Shadowspawn came from. Aginor did not breed them at the beginning of the war. But it's fair to say that the devastation caused by the explosion of Collam Daan and the ensuing chaos and confusion that followed would have given the Shadow enough time, and would be the start of the war.

Who said the war began with armies of Trollocs and Dreadlords marching? It began in fire, death, chaos, and confusion.

He had human armies as well as shadowspawn. There were quite a few people who became disgruntled when the DO gained influence in the world, and turned to the shadow. Also the War of Power didn't start right after Lanfear drilled into the bore. There was a long period before the war began, called the Fall, and during this time society deteriorated, violence sprang up, and many people turned to the shadow, often in secret, like Greandal. Aginor may well have been one of the first to go over, which would mean he would have had plenty of time to breed shadowspawn.

We still cannot be certain how long passed between the creation of the Bore and the actual beginning of what would come to be called the War of the Shadow, yet plainly at least fifty years and possibly more than one hundred were marked by a rapid decline in the social order and an equally rapid increase in a thousand ills that previously had been either rare or entirely unknown. War itself was a “new” discovery, it seems, though one quickly learned, some might even say perfected.

The DO and his cronies had a lot of time before the actual war to gather/create their armies.

Before the War of Power, there was some 130 years of moral decline previous to it's start. During the War of power, some half of the channeling population was on the side of the DO. Further there were other things created rather than just trollocs.

I thought the fall was fifty years. But still plenty of time to start breeding all the shadow spawn.

(remember there are more in the blight then Trollocs and Fades)

Well, in the AoL, they must have had a lot of cloning facilities and so on. So they just created some Trollocs and they also cloned them, besides breeding them the old fashioned way.

So, when Aginor received the "Build me an army worthy of the Bore" message, he made sure he used all the technology he had access to, including cloning and so on.

I remember that episode with the DF ball or whatever. All the servants could read minds, and they all looked exactly the same.

I think they were cloned, or they were cloned at the end of AoL, but since they had the same genetic material, even after a long line of generations, the differences between them are minimal and can't be seen on the exterior at least.

Or the guys in Shara still have a working Cloning Facility(I think those servants are used there).

Anyway, the point is that at one moment in time, they had cloning capabilities, so building an army very fast was not a problem.
