Signed Copy of Towers of Midnight?

I recently received a book that I found very interesting. A copy of the Towers of Midnight signed by not just Brandon Sanderson but... Robert Jordan as well ?!?!

 

The book originally comes from VJ Books. And my thought is... Something mighty strange is going on here. I was wondering if anyone on these forums can help shed some light on this situation.

All copies of The Gathering Storm and Towers of Midnight have a facsimile of RJ's signature. If I remember right, Brandon said he wasn't comfortable signing the books without Jordan's name there as well.

I did some more searching and found a few other statements about this. As well as an unsigned copy that had his signature as well. So it appears to be exactly as you say.
