Proposed Inter-Div RP: Warders & Aes Sedai

Devon has come up with an RP plan that sounds like a whole caboodle of fun. Tell me what you think of this:

 

Background: With the world in constant states of war, and with the outcomes of battles increasingly dependent on an armies use of the One Power, the commanders of the Tower Guard and Amyrilin have decided that the Guard needs to be prepared for in the likely case that the One Power is used against them as a weapon. To that end, the White Tower has called upon Aes Sedai to unleash the power upon the men and women of the guard in order to acclimate them to the new horrors of war.

 

Warders: You will be lining up in battle formations and marching across an imaginary field of battle outside of Tar Valon. Your goal is to stay in formation as much as possible, although this will most likely not be possible. You will be led by _______, who will try to give orders, but whether or not you follow them in the heat of the moment will be up to you. You will be safe from dying, since the sisters are beholden to the Three Oaths, but injuries are a different matter. Expect the ground to erupt, air to be used as a club, and any other nasty tricks the sisters can think of to slow you down.

 

White Tower: You have two options to choose from. You can be a part of the channeling force, doing your best to slow the advancing Guards while not killing anybody. Any sort of trick you want to use is acceptable to slow/disorient the guard.

You can also march with the Guard, doing your best to negate the channeling of the other sisters, while at the same time providing healing for the wounded. You can only defend and heal in this role and may not go on the offensive.

 

This rp will end with the Guard making it to across the field. Creativity (but not god-moding) is encouraged in this free form battle rp.

Oh yeah Kat would totally be up for this! (just as soon as she finishes learning all the nifty battleweaves to throw at the warders :) ) Though she may be more likely to take on being on the field to test her capablities...Well she'll want in one way or another!

You know, the more I think about this, the more I think it might just be hilarious to have the Greens do the attacking, and the Reds the defending ... lol

I don't know, Elgee... do you think Esther would be up to negotiate this deal?

 

I think I could get Elin and Themis worked in... Elin defending the Warders, and Themis observing to make sure no one violates the rules of the encounter.
