NCAA Tournament Bracket

I usually pick two brackets. One is my "if everything goes like I want it to" bracket and the other is my realism bracket. A couple of years, I should have swapped those. :D One year...it was the first time UConn took home the title, I picked 59 out of 63 games correctly. Mostly, though, I bounce back and forth between 30 and 45. I'm SO ready for March Madness

heck of a day yesterday. Got to catch the closing bits of Morehouse State/Louisville, Kentucky/Princeton and Richmond/Vanderbilt. I missed on Morehouse, West Virginia and Gonzaga, but none of them really cost me anything.

I was ok (didn't have everyone, but enough to have a decent shot) until the elite eight. Lost everybody. Ah well.

VCU and Butler in the same Final Four. Who'da thunk! *chuckles* I'm rooting for the winner of that match.

I agree it's pretty unexpected, but I'd rather the NCAA did a re-seed when they got down to the Final Four. UConn and Kentucky shouldn't be playing each other in the semifinal and leaving the two Cinderellas to have the other semifinal.

I've been hearing a lot of that. People want to see VCU and Butler in the Final. While it would be nice, I also think re seeding at the final four would kinda cheapen it a little bit too. Teams have a specific road they have to travel to make it, why should it up and get changed? Idk tho. I'm also rooting for the underdog =)

on a side note, this was probably the worst bracket i have ever filled out. Aside from AZ upsetting Duke, and some of the low round upsets I got right, I got smashed pretty hard.

I usually rate how I do not by the point thing they do, but by how many games I pick right. I usually pick between 35 and 45 correctly, with a high water mark of 59 out of 63 right on the 1999 tournament and a low water point of...I think it was 30 games in 2001 or thereabouts. I think I picked 43 right with no more correct possibilities left this time around, so not too bad. VCU was the biggest culprit for me, as they were for a lot of people.

I actually prefer a round-by-round pick, which I did a few times back in the 90s but everyone else seems to like picking the whole shebang up front. /shrug It's fun either way.
