And here we go

Studio spending has seemed to be on the wane in regards to advertising during the Super Bowl, that's certainly not the case this year. A whopping fifteen films are expected to get Superbowl trailers or commercials before, during and after the game to take advantage of the biggest TV audience of the year says The Hollywood Reporter.

During the game Paramount Pictures will have trailers for "Captain America: The First Avenger," "Thor," "Transformers: Dark of the Moon," "Super 8" and "Rango". Disney Pictures will plug "Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides", Relativity Media will do a spot for "Limitless", while Universal and DreamWorks' will have a spot for "Cowboys & Aliens".

During the pre-game festivities, Sony will post spots for "Just Go With It", "Battle: Los Angeles" and "Priest". Focus Features will air a spot for "The Eagle" and Paramount will do a spot for "Kung Fu Panda 2".

During the post-game episode of "Glee", Relativity will air a promo for "Take Me Home Tonight" while Paramount has bought a 30-second spot for "Justin Bieber: Never Say Never".

Warner Bros. and Fox haven't yet locked any slots.
