well I don't actooally need to know the symptoms but.

 

A fly bites you. Little wriggly animal-like things get into your bloodstream. They end up in your brain and cause havoc and tissue damage. You get a fever, headaches followed by chronic sleepiness, and, eventually, you fall into a coma and never wake up.
