You haven't seen Doselan around? Typically he tasks his second in command who's name I forget right now... I'd know it if I saw it. Either way I haven't seen much of either of them over at the WT... Although I guess that's what happens when you've been here forever you move from board to board until you settle in one spot. I can't remember him posting here, but he may have. They are both all over DM sporadically.
