I haven't read any of his yet, they are on my to read list, which seems to get longer and longer.

[color-#14268F]Oh yeah, I know, me too. I've got load of books on my agenda...which is a good thing. ;)

Yeah...You know, I was gonna do one on Mistborn awhile back. Started writing it up and everything....[/color]

I like Sanderson's work personally, he has some unique talents when it comes to writing, and he is young enough that he has room to grow :)

I really liked Elantris, and Mistbourn was pretty good as well.

As to the Way of Kings, my mom is reading it right now. First off, it's FREAKING HUGE!!! This book is MONSTEROUS! Far bigger than any book I have ever seen, includung dictionaries. Not as fine print as those, but still...

Any whos, my momma is currently reading it right now, she says that she is a little disappointed that the magic is still the same kinda system between his books in a sense, but she over all LOVES the book, she says it can feel like a light read, but there is an amazing amount of depth to it.

Well, that's just my two cents ^^

I like what he did with the last WoT book, so i really would like to read some of his stuff...but that maybe a little way off.

so it will be a race between Limi and Locke on who will write the review ;)

I wanna read tWoK SO BAD, but do not have the money to buy it.

Try the Library...but if it's anything like ours, it won't be there...*sighs*

I was just teasing Limi, though you do know the WoT books haven't been done yet on these boards ;)

I have read through the series several times, but it's typically YEARS in between each one, and it's been a while since this last read..

Also, things are looking reeeallly rather busy in the green's right now. ^^

I live in the middle on nowhere. There is no library.

I personally loved The Way of Kings. It is indeed very big, but that is part of what I like best about it.

There actually wasn't really much focus around magic in it, unlike in his other books. It was there, sort of on the edge, but I think they won't really come into play as much until the later books in the series.

I do agree about Sanderson though. His talent with writing books and worldbuilding is extraordinary, although there is one aspect of his writing I (and the rest of my family) dislike, the rest is pretty good.

Ahh, that sucks Bale. My sympathies. *would die without a library*

On a second thought, I would rather have a book then a blow pop…

Bought it, read it, love it. Liked the artwork as well. Not sure what all those symbols mean, but I'm sure they'll be explained as the story continues.

Worst part was the ending. Like running off a cliff, didn't even know I was at the end.

But also, one of the best parts was the ending. A tease of what's to come.

Have it, need to read it...

As for book reviews I know what you mean Talya. I could probably write about 100 of them if I could just get around to doing them... >.<

Locke have you read the Malazan series? It's a little darker but I think they are excellent. Not as gruesome as Song of Ice and Fire though in my opinion.

As would I.

But if it is buying we speak of, how many blow pops does one book cost?

About 25 to 30 now days, prices for books have gone up it seems.

The ending of pages was what clued me in.

Do so. *nods at half eaten carrot*

Hah, yeah, I know. In the end it's just like "meh, maybe some other time...." Or maybe not...

I cannot say that I have and be speaking a truthful statement at the same time. (Actually, this is something that I probably could do, but it depends a lot on how you define certain parts of the previous sentence.) I think I've heard of it though cause "Malazan" always reminds me of Matzalan, a li'l town in Mexico. Interesting; I may get around to that. (Haven't read Song of Ice and Fire either by the way

Really? I thought it would be a bit more pricey than that.

I don't often play Clue while reading. Risk is more my cup o' tea.
