That is a good guess, but when Jahar visited the Salidar Aes Sedai in KoD they were already camped outside Tar Valon. He was at the Cleansing and Dumai's Wells though.

I was actually in Salidar.

Merilille was in Salidar, but was sent to Ebou Dar early in LoC. She was there during Dumai's Wells, and was later in Caemlyn during the Cleansing.

Near the Cleansing = either in the group of folks that left Far Madding with Rand and gated there or amongst the Forsaken that came to attack/observe them.

 

Rand fits the criteria except he's never been to Salidar.
