Hello all. This is a very great site!

Lots of nerds like myself it seems. I have read alot of the post and you fine folks really impress

me with how deep you go in the material :) Keep it up..

 

The reason i stumbled over this page :

 

I`m currently towards the end of the 11. Wot book, Knife of dreams. So I followed Mat and Tuon

through the forest to rejoin the Band of the Red Hand. When they see Mat they all start singing.

Ah, yes the song :)  And i just sat there and re read the 2 versers, imagening how it would sound like

in the middle of the forest at night when many thousands soldiers singing

 

 

"There`s some delight in ale and wine,

Is to dance with Jack o`the Shadows."

And the I wanted to read MORE verses, because the song is so awesome !

And i googled it, and was directed here, to Dragonmount and found an entire 47 !

That 47 page thread belongs to the Band of the Red Hand Social Group! There are some epic verses in there - very few are mine as I don't have the best imagination. And feel free to post your verses to our epic thread! ;)
