I’ve always wanted to go to this restaurant. I’m fascinated by Japanese culture and

cuisine. The building had just be redesigned and looked incredible. The atmosphere

was extremely inviting. They had added many breathtaking fountains and gold-lined

sinks in the men’s room. They had some really nice bamboo growing all over the

place and colored sand tiles.

It is a little pricey but we only go for special occasions. I got the shrimp and steak with

fried  rice. The chef did a wonderful job of making sure to keeping eye contact with us

and showcasing his mad skills at the same time. I asked him and he said that you have

to train for about 10 yrs until they’ll let you. They only want the best carrying on their

unique art. He said that he can tell one who wasn’t trained there a mile away. I was

just amazed that he can do all that and still remember all the orders of ten different

couples. I probably couldn’t do that in 20 yrs. *Snickers* And yup…I told him all about

the Seanchan. He thought it was awesome!

They gave us three different dipping sauces…one an olive oil/garlic mixture that was

amazing. You get an abundance of food and entertainment so it is definitely worth the

price…at least once in a while. Of course, I was mostly interested in the Shogun armour

and architecture. My dad is a design engineer so I’m drawn to looking at how things were

built and how insightful the designers were. It was very aesthetically pleasing and made

me feel relaxed. They gave us a free dessert that made my tongue slap my brain silly. Lol.

I will definitely be going back again.
