I am seriously thinking I am the only one at DM who doesn't hate Goodkind - and actually prefer him to Jordan. But that is a can of worms to open up elsewhere or some other time.

Well, if it were just his books I'd say, "meh". It was the comment he made about RJ dying of heart disease that made me dislike him.
