Organizing

Hello, everyone!

 

I thought we need to start a conversation about duties and responsibilties. I'd like to start by saying I don't want anyone to feel that their time around here is a "job." So, let's brainstorm a list of things that need to happen and see what we can do. Divide and Conquer, ladies! ;)

 

 

List of things to do:

1- Monthly Report- Lor

2- Recruitment

3- Ajah RP's

 

 

What am I missing? What do we need to flesh out? What would you like to help with? I'm not big on leading by browbeating or even by being overly visible as the "leader." I prefer creating a community where we work together towards a common goal.

 

Our goal is to make this Ajah the best collection of people the RP side has to offer. Active, energetic and happy. In the immortal words of RJ, "Onward."

I can do whatever you want me to do hun, I tend to be better at the rp stuff, I don't feel much like my people skills are very good these days. So maybe organizing or something to help I don't know. I would be willing to wear recruitment siggies. In fact I have some, I will get them uploading in case anyone wants to wear them?? If that's ok with you?

I don't have a whole bunch of time these days *coughkaraslavedrivercough*  ;D But I can handle Ajah Rps i'm usually pretty good at getting back right away when i'm doing something. Just lemme know what you expect from me and i'm on it like white on rice. :)

You want to take up organizing Ajah RP's, Rasheta? I totally suck at that, so I'd appreciate any help we can get there! LOL

I can do that but i'm afraid it will have to wait till after finals which is next week. This week is totaly nuts i'm not sure how i'm gonna get everything done. So can it wait or do you need ideas now?

Sure! In fact, we can put that on the back burner until April, since we're focusing on the kiddos this month. That will give us time to get you past finals and start throwing ideas around before we get a plan laid out!

Sweet...although I have a question already *ggls* Did you want this to  be like just for the Greenies or for Greenies and friends or a combo of both?

Both! Anything involving the Greens that is more than just single character interaction. :)
