Any one got any idea how she knew where to find Rand in tGH?? (in that other Portal Stone-world)

Later in KoD we find out that Ta'veren can be tracked through the Pattern, which is how both Lanfear and Ishy find Rand in EotW and TGH. We first know of Lanfear finding Rand when they enter the abandoned village, and then according to Egwene's dream, it seems that Lanfear transports Rand through the Portal Stones for some time alone with him.

and don't forget that women, especially crazy ones always seem to "know" where their "man" is.... even if he doesn't know hes hers.
