Gwendolen, welcome. i'm extremely jealous of you for several reasons. first of all your british, which is way cooler than boring Minnesotan. Secondly, i'm very jealous of your language skills. i wish i spoke all of those languages, but i go to a crappy school and i only know spanish and french (and english too).

Well, hi Moseley, um... *blushes and stumbles in her curtsey* It's nice to be so flattered. If you want to learn languages just immerse yourself in them, ie spend time travelling Europe, it's soooooo much fun!

 

Corki, OMG, what can I say. Was going to study at UCL but turned it down for a better course at Cambridge. Ended up with a degree in Architecture specialising in Ancient Theory and City Planning (Mesopotamian, Greek and Roman) *groans at having to remember*

:shock: you don't know where Northamptonshire is????? Only about an hours drive north of the posh part of London... if you take the Bentley, that is. With the Jag you'll probably do it in about 45min

 

What sort of mentor are you looking for? Sirayn of Northamptonshire is your ideal RP mentor... just send her a PM and she'll point you in all the right directions. If it's the tower you are after, read info thread on this board on how to join them... at which point you will be assigned a mentor by the MoN.

 

Other than that... just fire off your questions and we'll all try and help you find the answers :P

i wish i could go to europe. but i'm stuck in the boring midwest surrounded by funny people (my friends), cows and corn. and a semi-big city. i would really love to be an exchange student somewhere in europe (preferabley Italy, France or Switzerland, but I'll settle for anywhere else in Europe)
