The somewhat mandatory introduction topic.

 

I'm know as Vordreller, that's my internet persona and I'll stick to that instead of my real name.

I came here in the wake of the first chapter of TGS being put on the internet, and I decided to make an account.

 

TWOT has been a part of my life since I was 15 and still is today. I come here not really with the intention of finding a place to "fit in", but more to present myself as the person I am. "Fitting in" or not will follow it's own natural course and it will be different for each individual person.

 

That might seem a little grim, but I've learned not to expect that people are what I think they will be. By which I mean that I've joined forums in the past, thinking some people to be "so cool", whilst they turned out to be arrogant.

 

If anything, what I hope to find is people who can be themselves, who seek not glory but companionship. Who seek not status, but simple to be allowed to say their thing.

 

 

And also, that my stay be a pleasant one.

Hello,

My internet name is Al Thor93. I began reading TWOT last year when my English teacher recomended it. Since then I've been hooked. I had been wondering when the new book was going to come out and stumbled upon this site and decided to join the forum.

I'm re-reading the series for a second time. I got to book 8 and was starting to forget stuff and so decided to start over. :)

I am excited to be a part of this community in the hope that I will gain some knowledge about the series that I may have missed while reading. ;)
