Harriet as inspiration?

Just wondered (and possibly this has been covered, I did do a search of the forums before posting this) if anyone knows if RJ used Harriet as inspiration for any of his characters and if so, who?

I think he said that all the major female characters had at least one characteristic inspired by Harriet (I might have it wrong). None is completely based upon Harriet, as far as I know.

One main threat all female characters have is stubornness.
