I don't do a lot in the day either some days, I don't exercise as much as I should, but I'm not fat with rolls and high blood pressure cause I eat healthy food.

True, eating crap and doing nothing has that effect. But people make their own choices, if they want to put themselves into an early grave then they will one way or another. Why should i be denied KFC when im fit and healthy just because of other people?  :P

Not exercise.  I don't go to the gym or anything.  I'm just active.  Not as much as I used to be anymore (and my stomach is getting a little flabby, but just a little).

 

I don't even lift weights anymore. :-\

Step 4: Repeat 2 and 3 until satisfied.
