WANTED A new DL for the Aiel

As many of you may know, Allisa has stepped down as DL. Unfortunately i have not been able to talk to Muireen about this, and so have been putting off advertising for a new DL. But, this is not right so if anyone here thinks they have what it takes to be a member of the DM RP Staff, and has a passion for the Aiel, could you please e-mail your application to

Myth, basically the duties of a DL consist of the following.

 

Keeping track of where all the members are in regard to weapons scores,advancement,one power scores, where applicable, coming up with ideas for training, rp ideas for the Division as a whole, working closely with the members of that Division, making a monthly report on the general staff board, interacting with other staff and making sure the Aiel bio's are correct.

 

Now some of that can be delegated to other members in the division. For instance the weapons scores can be the responsibility of the head warrior. For instance in the Wolfkin my character Owen is the leader of the Rangers, so i take care of the WS. The same can be said of the OP scores, the Head Wise one can handle them. So the duties are not as onerous as they may seem, but you do need time and dedication to run a Division and you absolutely cannot play favourites or allow things to pass that should not.

 

So you have to be firm but also fair, i think that best sums up what you need.

I would be honored to still be considered a "Wise A**" I mean..."One"...and have all the info on such....but if anyone else would like to take up a more active role as "Head Wise A**....er One" I would gladly pass over the passwords and website....

I am impressed how much the three out of the last four surviving Aiel turst me. And as they say - Vox Populi Vox Dei (The voice of the People is the voice of god) so I better mail my application. Any requirements about the form of application?

by the way, Kael, what thoughts do you have about our Conquerors thread? any ideas for where its gonna go?
