Umm, there is a fairly decent grammar explanation on the WOT FAQ, while it isn't perfect. One also needs to remember that the grammar and structure of sentences changed from EoftW to TGH. As there wasn't a set of rules(fixed) untill the second book. RJ has said as much. :P

The assumption has been made that the normal word order for Old Tongue sentences is *predicate-verb-subject* for all sentences after The Eye of the World

This forums looks very similar to what I am used to using, so I don't understand the differences, as I am not a php expert.

 

I think the grammar is as I have posted above, I don't see anything showing it to be different, other then the first book. So I'll stick to the theory he didn't have a plan for the language untill the second.
