Min and "The Snake People"

I am re-reading The Shadow Rising, and when Mat goes in the Redstone Door Ter'Angreal the way the snake people (sorry forgot the official name) look above his head and sort of read his future reminds me of what Min does, except more general and... advanced. Like they can maybe see everything, or choose to see everything important, but what Min sees is arbitrary. Someone she got born with the Snake Skill.

Sorry, this has probably been brought up before, but I had to see if anyone else noticed the simularity and thinks it might be a valid theory.

RJ has answered this and said that there is no simularity between Min's abilities and what the Finn do.
