OP and WS scores

Im sorry if this sounds impertinant or rude, i just wish the BT staff be made aware that I've had my character, Basaar Taarol approved for nearly a week now, and i have not yet recieved my OP and WS scores yet. As i understand it, when my bio was approved someone was supposed to email me with those scores, and tell me how to use them.

 

I looked around, but i didn't see anything to tell me whom i should talk to about this. Sorry if this isn't in the correct mode, but i figured someone would be at leasst point me in a better direction
