Hall rode through the gates and into Tar Valon, for whatever perception he had made seeing the city slowly raise infront of him, didnt still do justice to the real thing. He felt overwhelmed as he slowly rode through the streets, is eyes searching around, the one landmark above all the white tower still up afront. For a small town farm boy things was starting to feel overly much and sudenly he realised his horse had stoped, he wasnt ready, not yet.

His eyes searching around till he saw the sign of an inn and slowly directed his stallion over towards it. He could have dinner, some food in his stomach would make it feel easier he was sure. Unmounting he sudenly found himself sorounded, eager hands grabing for the reins, feeling himself shoveled out of the way. He could hear the snorts, "no.." what little he managed to registrer was it was kids of different ages, the stalion wouldnt stand for it he knew.

He tried to break loose, but prying hands was trying to get into pockets, and he found himself in the shadow of the side of the inn as well, having quickly been pushed into the alley. He was trying to get loose, strugeling against the superiority, hearing noises of an upset horse, the clinging of hoves hiting hard on the ground from trippings and half tosses he was sure. Even with his size though he was overmanned and knew it, but he couldnt give up fighting.

OOC: It's about time we get this going

The expression of the two men changed as the topic of their conversation changed - their expersions hardened to the point where the two had completely emotionless faces, their voices became calm and dead even. It was as if an aura of chill and death was emited from the two men, the crowd parted in their path. The have become Warders in Bleakness, a state all too familiar to both men. By now, it was a state then can put on and take off, like a suit of clothing, and they were going to take it off very soon, as soon as they entered the Green Advocate. However, shortly before the Green Advocate, they became witness of a mugging attempt.

"Follow me Shoar" - the sound of steel coming out of the sheet - "And draw your blades please. A couple of holigans are trying to mug someone in the alley over there. I think they deserve a good scare"

Shoar grinned, a vicious grin. Both men entered the alley with swords drawn, and their presence was noticed immidiatly as everyone in the alley froze in their track.

"Well well well" - began Daemon with a voice as even as glass - "Looks like we found dinner for tonight"

Hall cursed his look as two men entered the alley, if he was just going to get a beating before, then he was worse in it now. However he was loose, and steped slowly away from the boys, he needed to find some way to get out of here alive.

At this time he wondered why he hadnt gone straigth to the yard, he could feel the horse at his back. If he could he would need to take him with him, he was too good a friend to leave into rough hands. The question was how to get out of there at all.

Shoar grinned and winked at Daemon as they walked to the alley. With each step, each man opened up a very painful part of their soul to view. The Bleakness, the hole left by the death or sudden loss of your Aes Sedai's Bond, rose to consume all emotion. Each man had dealth with it for long enough that they were used to the blackness it caused and used it to good effect for once, their faces becoming hollow and their eyes dull.

Shoar let his swords trail against the ground, occasionally sparking as he drove them deeper. He growled softly under his breath, radiating cold and dark, his eyes appearing to sink more into his skull.

"Well well well" Daemon said, his voice cold and lifeless. "Looks like we found dinner for tonight." Shoar grinned, the smile never reaching his eyes. "Pfah. These look hardly a snack." he replied, his own voice thudding into place like leaden lids slamming shut on coffins. The gang of muggers backed up, terrified, past their young victim. Shoar stopped in front of the young man and rasped "Bah, this one has no meat on him." shoving him roughly to one side, Shoar suddenly uncoiled like a snak, lashing out with twin blades, striking at the nearest mugger. He slashed into the man's neck with one and knocked him out with the other, causing him to slump to the ground, blood gushing from the wound. The effect looked like Shoar had just slashed the mans throat when in reality he had suffered a light wound which would heal on it's own.

He grinned coldly and waited for Daemon to react.

Well, this was fun! And it was certainly going to get that group off mugging - if they survived the scare that is. The victim of the mugging was quickly pushed aside by both warder, as Daemon managed to whisper to the young man to stay still and to stay quiet. As Shoar moved to make the first impression and one of the muggers found himself on the ground with a shallow cut on his neck. The wound was harmless but it was enough to cause it to bleed.

"Careful, my friend, if you bleed him dry with what are we going to make the black pudding you so love?"

Shoar's laughter at Daemon's remark was enough to send one of the muggers running. Unfortunately for him, Daemon was in his escape route and the terrified mugger ran right into Daemon's fist. With the man knocked down Daemon held him down with his foot planted in the man's chest.

"What do you think, wings?" - Daemon's sword moved to the man's shoulder. - "Or legs" - the sword moved to the man's legs.

Hall stood, whatever else one thing he did recognise was the voice of comand, and he was not being attacked, the muggers where, this must be some sort of guards in private. He waited to the side while the scene played out infront of him, there was little he could contribute with it seemed, whomever the guys where they soon seemed to have the controll fully under control, the ones not fleed, was on the ground, or seeming about to go down.

Instead he focused on calming down the stallion who was snorting and stamping the ground, eyes rigth up and alert, not afraid silly beast, but excisted for sure. He petted the muzle and breathed softly into the air around the nostrils, the stallion slowed down somewhat, the eariy clinging of metal against stone stoped, and he smiled as he turned to see how mathers where going.

The events turned quicly after that, having to explain his story to the men who rescued him, he was sweped away. It came out that they knew exactly where he needed to be, and before he could say trolloc, or so it felt, he was standing in the shadow of a looming tower, before a barack.

His horse was already on other hands, off to the stables, and he was walked inside, here he was placed in a waiting room. Stunned off all that had happened since he came to the city, who had turned out to be even more enourmous when he was escorted through it, he sat silent. Finaly whomever they where meeting was ready to see them, his story was explained, and he found himself alone with a person introduced as responsible for tower trainee's. Hall found that the wheel had whisked his tread along faster this day then he had been able to follow.

His name had been recorded, a quick guide about had shown him to a new set of barracks, and now he stood alone in a room, a room already inhabitated by some others, but none present. Looking around he chose a bunk that looked empty and unused, the box at the end contained nothing, so he put his things in. Siting down with a thump he looked around, home, could this be home now. Familiar yet unfamiliar sounds of training leaked in from outside, he was tired, slowly he found himself tilting over and into sleep.
