Just a quick newbieish question-is there a limit on how many characters have a certain talent? I think it would be nice to give my character a talent (shes not exceptionally strong so a Talent might entertain, especially if it was a useless Talent) but I probably should make sure I know what Im asking for before writing out applications :D
