A retirement, M'bela shook her head, no she knew exactly what had happened, silent inqureries had revealed that none knew where the woman she was replacing had disappeared to. She had woke to find a note pinned to the inside of her door, yet all of the alarm weaves still set, only one person knew how to get there and knew the place well enough for that. It had made her shiver still, to know She had been here even just briefly while she herself still slept.

The order as such had been short and to the word, none had she known that her report would set of this chain off events, nor what where awaiting her when she arrived in the fortress. Silently swept away by one on the council who she had dealt with before, for all she knew a pawn of her own mistress or someone allied, she didnt ask. Yes she was loyal but it would be foolish to think of pressing her luck in geting involved and knowing everything, it was enough to know what she was told, before beeing shown the weaves whom she also was told would soon be released freely.

She smiled and nodded, observed and listened as she was prepared. She could make use of the weaves, but she wasnt in dire need of them, she had other ways as well.

No the past few days had past by soon, and she looked herself up and down in the mirror, soon, she smiled. Yes it had been worth it, the serving, the living, gaining experience, the work laid down to reach here. She brushed a hand absentmindly over the red dress, layers of ligth fabric still made it aproprate, made it cover, thoug revealing at some places, and then loose again other places, which would make it flow around her as she walked.

She was as ready as she would be, and it was with calm she turned as the door was knocked. She opened it with saidar and gave a court nod of greeting to the other Mae'shadar, the one who had preped her, then followed the woman out of there.

They walked into the bowels of the fortress, into the testing room where she had herself both been tested and help test others at times. Then past the high stone desk the Mae'shadars would sit and judge behind, and sudenly a small almost invisble door became aparent as it flowed up, a result of the other womans use of saidar. She steped in after the other, looked at the faces in what seemed a luxurious suite, nodded in greating. Not all present but enough, none said anything, they soon returned to the conversations and she setled down, aparently someone was still expected, and two more apeared before the meeting started, her rigth to be there was not questioned, she was one of them now, maybe they had known, she didnt know, none had said how this would work.

------------------

The meeting was over and her mind stuffed as she walked absentmindly through the hallways, leting her feets lead her as she meditated. Then stoping by a window and looking out, tomorow she would leave again, but first there where other mathers to attend to when she was already here.
