That's probably the best way to see it, instead of some imposition by The Man (if you're one of those lunatics) or something unpleasant that you'll do because it offers a tiny bit of hope that something will improve along the way ...

 

Veiled and ready to do battle, with my trusty spear/briefcase/whatever in hand, I issue forth ... en garde, world! Touche!!! ?
