Hi all, this is my first post. I have read the whole series twice and have just started The Eye of the world again just to be ready for the first Amazon season.  One bit of trivia I would like to of those in the know.  Captain Domon’s boat is named the Spray. Another famous boat to sailors was named the Spray and that was Joshua Slocum’s Spray.  Does anyone know if Robert Jordan was a sailor and maybe he took the name from Slocum’s book Sailing Alone Around the World, or was it just coincidence?
