So this weekend, I mounted some shiplap in my wife's room.

First, just neutral paint (with some holes patched):

Partially done:

Finished.

I think it turned out well.

She's out of town so she hasn't seen it yet. Will she say it's all wrong? Will I have to tear it down and start all over? Will I be able to read her mind and make it look just like she's imagining? Will it look like what she saw on that TV show once last year?

We'll find out on Tuesday!

I finished my latest painting project last week.

Deathly_Hallows.png.ed262d4f0879247b64338bfebcd10293.png

(Someday I'm gonna learn how to take better photos of my art.)

16"x20" acrylic on canvas.

This one was quite a challenge getting the ultra-thin lines to look right. And painting a circle is tough. But overall I'm pleased.

I hope the reference is obvious.

so found a pic on pixa i thougth would make a nice sig background so been working on finding pieces to put into it and transform it

puzzle-3223941_960_720.jpg

going to need to clean up edges and stuff but has started on it and still working so eh yeah not so good at drawing and painting as some in here, but this also do take its time all pending what goes into it wheter just merge premade pics or stack many layers so figured would show a bit of how i work with things ?

though i do wish i could draw so could put on paper pics in my head at times rather then go look for similar photoes to start manipulating into somewhat a similarity ?

puzle1.png.2e7ca9eb231db6bf7b7e72ffbbddaf43.png

so plan is just as i work on this throughout the day i will update this post, this probably going to take some time as it started with idea like that would be neat to fill in but no particular vision of how to so it will somewhat progress as goes.

and 50 min later (also had dinner) found two more pics
