Elgee, Mother, pick up old fossils and seashells (also fossils, I suppose) on our farm (which is at least 20km from the nearest ocean). I'd play farm farm with them, pretending they're my tractors, horses, cattle, sheep, goats and other farm stuff.

Tay - Red Aes Sedai

Hmm, I'd have to say reading. It's all I ever did in every spare second from a very young age.

Kaylee- Yellow first Weaver and temporary MoN.

Family vacations. Didn't matter where it was always fun and we mostly got along.

cross-brown aes sedai

that'd probably be our roadtrips in the summer, usually through the desert and stopping by pretty  much every ghost town we'd come across

Rhea - First Reasoner

Swimming! We had a pool in the back and my mom would tell me I was part fish! I was always in it!

Gentled Ben, Aes Sedai of the White Ajah, and a pirate in me youth. Yar, I'd sail the basement and the backyard with me sheepdog first mate, and we'd burn every king's ship on the waters, her and I. Arrrrgh!

The real navy in my 20's was a lot less fun. ?

I have to agree with all of the above, especially Arie....The Black Stallion and My Friend Flicka series are the ones I mostly remember.

Don't know the others,  but I loved the Black Stallion! And then I read an Australian series about their wild horses, called Brumbies. It was the Silver Brumbie series, I think. It was my absolute favourite of all time.

Daruya - Blue Ajah and mostly absent Keeper

Favorite childhood past-time: reading   Horse books, Nancy Drew, Trixie Belden.   Also, building forts, playing war or cowboys and Indians (back when you didn't get in trouble for pointing at people and saying "pow-pow-pow!"). What can I say . . . I was a tomboy!  Oh, and let's not forget exploring caves in Germany when we were camping! And sledding during the winter!

Sometimes I miss childhood . . .
