Which would still require you to pull that budget from other places. Which, as we have seen from the Governments use it or lose it approach, they are loathe to do. No section wants to lose budget. -
Well presume that what gets approved is a continuing resolution which simply re-authorizes last years budget, or last years continuing resolution. Now a large portion of the Homeland Security Department's budget is not earmarked so you could utilize a portion of that budget on the Wall. -
I'm not saying I want my cake and I want to eat it too while denying democrats their cake. I am saying I am indifferent to everyone else's cake right now. They can have it or not, I just want mine (the wall). 🎂
