Teslyn definitely deserved top 3.

 

She saved Mats rear end twice.

 

Silviana didn't do anything

 

She did quite a bit, but either way, you still want Moiraine out before Silviana?

 

Heal Moiraine, Hurt Vandene

There are a lot of great Aes Sedai in the books but for me Verin, Moiraine and Siuan stands out. Moiraine and Siuan dedicates their lives to find and help the Dragon. Verin dedicates her life to find as much information as possible about the Shadow, to help the Light.
