Good write up, Moon!  I LOVE 9th Doctor!  That's why it was so hard for me to move on to Doctor 10.  Of course, the first season with 10 still had Rose, and that made it bearable to watch.  I can't watch the second season.  :(

 

But I love your analysis of Doctors of the Cold War vs Doctors of the War on Terror.  You make excellent points.
